Sapporo (札幌) is political and an economic center city of Hokkaido that has the fifth population in the whole country in the government-designated major city in the Japanese north. It is an address of the Hokkaido agency. It was developed though the 19th century was land where the Ainu race lived by Hokkaido Development Commissioner that had been put at the Meiji era as the plan city like the go board eyes of whom the model who Kyoto or was the township system of the United States. The population of the economic bloc (Doo Ken) reaches 3.4 million people.
