Aomori Hotel
Aomori City (青森) is the seat of the Prefectural government in the city in Aomori Prefecture. It has the second population scale in the northeast north provinces after Akita City, and the center city of the Mainland northernmost. It has the face as the door entrance where the Mainland is connected with Hokkaido through the Tsugaru Channel line of a East Japan ferry. The Aomori Nebuta festival held in August is very famous as the poetic event of summer of Tohoku. "Compact city" plan that dares not to expand the heartland region is announced as a coming of Shouco aged society and measures against the heavy snow, and it is remarkable.
Moreover, the opening of new Aomori Station of Tohoku Shinkansen is scheduled in 2010.
